Donors can change the credit card associated with their recurring contribution at any time:
- Login at https://havenhumane.networkforgood.com/ using the email address associated with the donation and password by clicking the Login to edit a recurring donation button in the top right corner of the page. If you don’t remember your password, you can request a temporary one by clicking on “forgot password?”
- Locate the Your Current Billing Information section in the lower left side of the page. Then in the lower right side of that section, click the Edit link.
- Enter all billing information (card number, security code, expiration date) and click the Save button.
